What Viva Station is
Viva Station is an independent study tool that runs timed spoken practice viva stations with an AI examiner. It is operated by its founder, a sole trader based in Australia. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ANZCA or any examining college. By creating an account or using Viva Station, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — there's no password to protect, so keep your email account secure. Your account is for your own personal use and isn't transferable or shareable; running someone else's stations on your account, or sharing login access, breaches these terms and may result in suspension. Fair-use limits apply to the number of stations you can run per day and per month, both to keep the service usable for everyone and to manage running costs.
AI-generated content — read this carefully
Every question, scenario, and marking comment is generated by a large language model and is not reviewed by a human examiner before you see it. It can be factually wrong, mark you unfairly, or mishear your spoken answer. Nothing in a station or report is medical advice, a guarantee of your exam result, or a substitute for supervised clinical training or in-person viva practice with a qualified examiner. You're responsible for verifying anything you learn here against current references and local guidelines before relying on it — in an exam or in patient care.
Content and intellectual property
The Viva Station platform, its design, and its AI-generated content belong to the founder. Your spoken answers and any feedback you submit remain yours, but by using Viva Station you grant us a licence to process and store them as needed to run the service (generating follow-ups, marking, and your dashboard). Payment
New accounts can run a small number of practice stations free, without providing payment details. Beyond that, Viva Station requires an active paid subscription, billed periodically through our payment processor. Pricing is shown before you subscribe. We'll give you advance notice of any price change before it takes effect. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — in particular, account sharing or abuse of fair-use limits — with notice where reasonably possible. You can stop using Viva Station and ask us to delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how.
Disclaimers and liability
Viva Station is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the founder's total liability to you arising from your use of Viva Station is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that can't lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, email you directly. Continuing to use Viva Station after a change means you accept the updated terms.
